The Kinde Area Firefighters Assocaition had their 2006 awards ceremony on December 2, 2006. Awards were given out for Frefighter of the year, also 20 and 30 years of service. They also had to members of the department retire this year. The following awards were given out,
FIREFIGHTER OF THE YEAR-
HARVEY HAGLE
30 YEARS OF SERVICE
HARVEY HAGLE AND JAMES "PERCY" KOROLESKI
20 YEARS OF SERVICE
DAN ZARODKIEWICZ
RETIRED
RICHARD MILLER AND JAMES "SPUD" SCHUMACHER
The 30 year and retired guys recieved jackets for thier dedication to the department.
